The hotel rooms were initially nicely made up on the first day, but disappointingly poorly maintained for the remainder of our stay in September. Overall, the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, although they could have been a bit more spacious. The service was very friendly and helpful, particularly at the reception desk. The breakfast was good, and the sea view from the third-floor terrace was delightful. However, there were moments when the staff could have been more attentive rather than engaged in their own conversations or focused on screens. The hotel's location was superb, allowing easy access to both the bay, beach, and city center, perfect for morning jogs and exploring the surroundings. Despite the waiting times and slightly uncomfortable queues, the proximity to the beach and main shopping street was convenient. The dining experience did not meet my expectations; although options were limited and slightly overpriced, the staff was accommodating. The hotel facilities provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, although there were moments of overcrowding and busyness in the dining area.

The service was professional, but could be more customer-oriented. The dining options were tasty but a bit pricey. The facilities were convenient for my needs.

I had a great view of the harbor from my room, which was big, nicely furnished, and had a quiet and comfortable bed. When I informed the staff about a bad smell, they promptly allocated me to another room, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The dining experience was fantastic, with a great variety of dishes and an even better view of the bay and sail ships. Overall, a wonderful experience worth every penny.
